    A big Thank you for including the legs. Most instructional videos pay little attention to the legs. Having said that, the most common mistake for me is everything you've instructed, especially lifting head out of water to take breath .

    Why am I getting tired doing high elbow catch? My arm is getting heavy after swim for a quite distance with EVF.
